In 2005 the Educational Development and Innovation Team at the Hunter Institute consulted with management and staff to identify nine key indicators that covered flexible learning inputs, process, outputs and outcomes.

The indicators were endorsed by the Institute’s Board, and baseline data was collected during 2005. For most of the indicators, trend data has been collected in 2006.

Hunter Institute now has considerable information about its current position and its progress with regard to flexible/blended learning.
